Manual call systems are used in lean manufacturing as a visual display signal across warehouse and production floors
These Andon manual call light systems are ideal to indicate status to other areas of the production environment or as a simple ‘call for help’ system. This helps to cut wasted production or packing time down to a minimum.
Colour-coded push-button switches correspond with the same colour light showing operator requirements. When a button is pressed the corresponding light illuminates until it is manually turned off.
The Andon light kit is pre-wired for easy installation into existing workstations
Each kit contains
- 4 Button Signal Box – Complete with mounting bracket
- 4 Station Light Signal tower. (Red, Yellow. Green & blue) –
- Tower mounting bracket
- 24V Power supply
- 2.5m cable connecting the signal box to the signal tower

Delivery Information
All products are collected from our East Yorkshire factory before being delivered to you
Please consider your access restrictions, including door sizes etc prior to placing an order.
Our team will arrange the delivery date with you via a telephone call or email, please ensure there will be somebody available to take the delivery at the given time & date.
It is the customers’ responsibility to safely unload items from our delivery vehicles.
